Checkout Policy for IT Services

1. Payment Methods

  • I accept the following payment methods for services:

    • Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)

    • PayPal

    • Other payment methods as specified during checkout

  • All transactions are conducted in U.S. dollars (USD) only.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Please complete all payments by clicking the PayPal button or using the QR code on my website.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If a cancellation is not made within this timeframe, a charge of 20% of the total bill will apply.

  • If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Service Guarantee

  • I strive for customer satisfaction. If I am unable to fix your IT problem, you will not be charged for the service, and you will receive a full refund. If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact me within 7 days of the service completion to discuss your concerns and potential remedies.

5. Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • I take client confidentiality seriously. Any sensitive information accessed during service delivery will be handled carefully under applicable data protection laws.
